Hotel Indigo Florence By Ihg

Good location and staff, good stay in this hotel.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Florence. By and large, it was excellent place for sightseeing in Florence, had much fun and met superfriendly staff on request. I liked cereal, eggs and pastries.

The hotel was reasonably large, and the meals were outstanding, I greatly enjoyed the best possible location close to all tourist attractions, the center and main railway station. It had lots of meals for breakfast, including cereal, pastries and eggs. Wonderful overall experience.

Brilliant location, phenomenal staff, the room with garden views. Bed was fine and silent room overall. Downstairs bar was elite and well priced. Well-maintained pool area too. Besides, parking was available nearby.

It's a clean and contemporary hotel with non-smoking rooms and courteous staff. We will be back, the venue met needs.

The bed was lovely and it was great having terrace, balcony and complementary tea.

Lovely decoration, covered swimming pool, well-kept room. Staff was so very gracious - they made my stay superb!

Very expensive area.

It was as expected, had an exceptional stay. Everything was perfectly fine, fab location close to train station of Firenze, the staff were always accommodating. We liked cereal, fruit, cheese, cakes and pastries. Easy check-in & excellent service.

Well, the views were very strange here.

Staff were unobtrusive, so we liked our being there.

All good - I loved my stay - food was good and my bed was very comfy. And it also had stunningly beautiful view. Peaceful location, just a walk down to porta prato. The attached restaurant was superb with lots of meals in the menu. The hotel took care of the welcoming service too.

The hotel itself is CLASSIC, we thoroughly enjoyed staff and location. There were facilities such as a mini-bar, pay television and a safe.

Well situated, proximity to train station and bus lines, and the room is clean and tidy

Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful. One could dine at restaurants such as Salaam Bombay 5 minutes away. We would come there again, if we come to Florence...
